October 9, 2007: Mission Visual Chooses AdvantGroup for Promotion Development [announcement]
AdvantGroup has been selected by Mission Visual, a North Orange County-based videography company, to collaborate in the creation and development of a unique promotional work intended for distribution to prospective clients through wedding-industry channels. Mission Visual creates one-of-a-kind documentary-style wedding videos for brides and grooms who want to memorialize their most important day in the best possible way.
July 31, 2007: AdvantGroup Upgrades Client-Service System [news release]
AdvantGroup LLC, an Orange-based creative-services firm, today announced that it has completed a three-part upgrade of its client-service system. The upgrade process began in March with the implementation of a Web-based project-management program and continued with the live launch of the company’s redesigned Web site in June. June 11, 2007: AdvantGroup Launches All-new Web Site [announcement]
We are thrilled to announce that AdvantGroup’s completely redesigned Web site is live! It’s been in the works for several months, but now it’s a reality. We’re very excited about the whole thing—the site’s interface and functionality, the more-complete company information, our updated portfolio, and the new client login function, which connects directly to our online project-management system. March 19, 2007: AdvantGroup Implements Online Project-management System [announcement]
AdvantGroup has implemented its own Web-based project-management system through 37signals’ Basecamp service. We have instituted this system to enhance the efficiency of our creative process and make it more convenient for our clients. Now clients can view and review creative concepts, post responses, and check project milestones on line. Once AdvantGroup’s new Web site is up, it will feature a “Client Login” link as another way to access the new project-management system.
September 2005: AdvantGroup Ad Design Recognized by liquidlibrary [announcement]
AdvantGroup received an honorable mention in the 2005 liquidlibrary Annual Design Competition for one of AdvantGroup’s self-promotional print advertisements (liquidlibrary, vol. 3, no. 9). The full-page print ad was created originally for publication in the printed program of the Orange Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Bureau’s 2005 Business Expo. Subsequently, AdvantGroup submitted its ad to liquidlibrary’s competition, which was for works created using stock images from the liquidlibrary collection.

Assemblyman Todd Spitzer, R-Orange, presented an award to two company officials, Chris Calvet and Debi Calvet, during this year’s California Small Business Day event in Sacramento.
